Quotes
Quotes are fixed for the scope described and valid for 30 days. Projects under 100 m² are priced per project; projects over 100 m² are priced per m². Any additional work is agreed in writing before it starts.
Results
Natural stone varies. Some features — deep stains, fissures, previous repairs — may remain visible after restoration. We will explain realistic outcomes at assessment and, where helpful, complete a test area.
Access and preparation
Please clear the work area of furniture and valuables, and provide access to water and electricity. We protect adjacent surfaces as standard.
Payment and cancellation
Payment terms are stated on your quote. Consumers have statutory cancellation rights where applicable.
